Puppy parties

As your puppy continues to grow, socialisation is an important part of their development. Your puppy learns the most during the first five months of his/ her life, so it is vital to introduce your puppy to as many things as possible during this time.

Bringing your puppy to our puppy parties enables them to interact with other puppies, people and explore new surroundings. This encourages them to adapt to different situations outside of their normal routines. This ensures that as they get older there will be fewer situations in which they feel uncomfortable.

Puppy parties provide a safe environment for your puppy to interact and socialise, whilst you will be able to ask our nursing team any questions you may have regarding the care of your puppy.

Our nurses will discuss topics to include: worming, flea control, vaccinations, neutering, microchipping, nutrition and much more! Our puppy parties are held regularly at our Horndean and Liss surgery and last approximately one hour.

They are FREE of charge; all you need to do is call and ask to speak with Nikki or Bethan who will inform you of the next session.

Please note – all puppies are required to have had their 2nd Vaccination prior to attending the parties. We also recommend that puppies are up to date with flea/ worming treatments.

A full 24 hour emergency service is provided 365 days a year with at least one veterinary surgeon and nurse from our practice on call for emergencies.

You will always be seen at our main surgery in Petersfield where we can access your pet’s history and have all diagnostic equipment readily available.
