Puppy parties
As your puppy continues to grow, socialisation is an important part of their development. Your puppy learns the most during the first five months of his/her life, so it is vital to introduce your puppy to as many new things as possible during this time.
Bringing your puppy to our puppy parties enables them to interact with other puppies, people, and explore new surroundings. This encourages them to adapt to different situations outside of their normal routines. This ensures that as they get older there will be fewer situations in which they feel uncomfortable.
Puppy parties provide a safe environment for your puppy to interact and socialise, whilst you will be able to ask our nursing team any questions you may have regarding the care of your puppy. We will cover many topics during the puppy parties, focusing on one per session. Topics include: worming/flea treatments, neutering, microchipping, nutrition and many more.
Sessions will last for approximately one hour and will take place on a monthly basis at our Horndean Surgery.
All sessions are free of charge; all you need to do is book a place with one of our receptionists or speak to Jenna for further information, on 01730 266431.
Please note – all puppies are required to have had their 1st and 2nd vaccinations prior to attending the parties. We also recommend that puppies are up to date with flea/worming treatments.
