Worm & flea treatment

Worming

Puppies – We advise owners to worm puppies twice 2 weeks apart (even if the breeder has already wormed once or twice) – ideally 1 week after each vaccination.

Adult Dogs – We advise owners to worm adult dogs 2 to 4 times a year.

Kittens – We advise owners to worm kittens twice 3 weeks apart.

Adult Cats – We advise owners to worm adult cats 2 to 4 times a year.

Flea Treatment

Spot on Flea treatments can be given from 7 weeks of age; Flea spray can be applied from 2 days of age.

Please ask any one of staff members for advice on which flea treatment would be best suited for your pet.

 

A full 24 hour emergency service is provided 365 days a year with at least one veterinary surgeon and nurse from our practice on call for emergencies. Phone any of our surgeries during the day or night to contact either a receptionist or veterinary surgeon. You will either be given advice by the veterinary surgeon or they will arrange to see your animal.
