**Coronavirus Update 22.11.20**
All of our surgeries are remaining open at their usual times with Petersfield open for Emergencies 24/7.
Whilst visiting our surgeries please ensure a mask is worn and you maintain social distancing at all times.
To ensure the ongoing safety of our staff and clients, we will continue to maintain social distancing measures by asking clients to remain in our car parks with their pets. We are aware this situation is not ideal for clients on foot so please don’t forget your umbrellas. The St Peters team will come out to you and bring your pet into the surgery whilst you wait in the car. With the exception of Petersfield where clients can now check-in and pay at a temporary desk just inside the entrance (We are allowing only one client in at a time and please follow the one-way system which is sign posted near the entrance).
If you call during the lockdown period to book in any routine operations or appointments then you will be booked in after lockdown has ended. During lockdown we will still see all new puppy and kitten vaccines or your first annual booster or if you your animals’ vaccination is overdue and waiting further will take you over the 15-month interval.
We are still not expecting any issues with supply of food or medications so there need to stock up on these. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT ANY ORDERS FOR MEDICATION OR FOOD SHOULD BE PLACED 24-48 HRS BEFORE COLLECTION. Flea and Worming treatment are available on a “click and collect basis” – please make sure you phone and pay before collection.
We are still posting reminders out. Please read the reverse of the vaccination and health check reminder cards which have updated information in regards to when your pet can be booked in.

Your pet’s welfare is very important to us, as is the health of everyone in our community. We would like to ask once again to please be patient and kind when discussing any worries, you have about your pet with a member of staff. We aim to continue to provide the best service possible, but please understand some delays may be inevitable and that our staff are working as hard as possible behind the scenes to help you. We know this is a stressful time for everybody but many of these restrictions are outside of the control of our staff.
Thank you for your patience and support during this time.
