**Coronavirus Update – January 2021**

All our surgeries are remaining open at their usual times with Petersfield open for Emergencies 24/7.

Once again Lockdown has led to a change in what we can currently see. If you have any immediate health concerns regarding your pet, then please call the surgery. If your enquiry is non-urgent then please email us on  contactus@stpetersvets.co.uk  For all flea/worm treatment and repeat prescription requests, please email routines@stpetersvets.co.uk

If you are unable to email us or would prefer to contact us by phone, please do so using the following numbers:

PETERSFIELD – 01730 266431

HORNDEAN – 02392 592526

LISS – 01730 894222

We will see all new puppy and kitten vaccines, first annual boosters or if your animal’s vaccination is overdue and waiting further will take you over the 15-month interval.

Vaccination and health check reminders are still being sent out but please read the reverse of the cards which have updated information as to when your pet can be booked in. Please expect there will be a delay in when we can see you.

If your pet is part of our Health Care Plan and due it’s 6 month health check, we are unable to offer appointments for these unless you have any immediate concerns. You can still get your flea and worming treatment without the appointment. Please email: routines@stpetersvets.co.uk confirming your full details including name, address, pets details and the medication you are requesting and we will post them out to you free of charge.

We are still not expecting any issues with supply of food or medications so there need to stock up on these. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT ANY ORDERS FOR MEDICATION OR FOOD SHOULD BE PLACED 24-48 HRS BEFORE COLLECTION. Flea and Worming treatment are available on a “click and collect basis” – please make sure you phone and pay before collection.

If you are shielding, in isolation or unable to get to the surgery then please contact us as we can arrange for a telephone consultation

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED WHICH YOU CAN NOT ATTEND THEN PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP.

Your pet’s welfare is very important to us, as is the health of everyone in our community. We would like to ask once again to please be patient and kind when discussing any worries, you have about your pet with a member of staff. We aim to continue to provide the best service possible, but please understand some delays may be inevitable and that our staff are working as hard as possible behind the scenes to help you.
